-Roasted Coffee Evaluation: Examination and scoring of client-roasted coffees, accompanied by a detailed evaluation report for the client.
-Green Coffee Evaluation: Thorough assessment of your green coffee, including sample roasting. A comprehensive evaluation report with SCA cupping score will be provided.
-Roast Profile Development: Tailoring new roast profiles to your preferences, utilizing platforms such as Cropster or Artisan. Two options will be sent to you, one revision per coffee permitted.
-Drip Blend Development: Consultant made one-of-a-kind, high-quality blend that will set your coffee shop apart from the rest.
-Personalized Two-Hour Video Session or Two One-Hour Sessions: Customized one-on-one experience tailored to your specific needs. This can include live roasting, where real-time guidance and feedback will be provided as you roast during our video call. Alternatively, we can focus on in-depth training sessions covering topics such as roast theory, cupping techniques, calibration, and more.
